Is a technical specialist provided?
Yes! The entire shooting process is set up and carried out by our specialist. We handle everything so you can focus on the process without being distracted by the technical aspects.

When can I receive my recording?
Usually, the process of processing and uploading files takes up to 24 hours. In case of high studio workload, you will receive the materials within two days.

Can I get the raw files of the recordings?
All raw materials are provided on USB flash drives.

How much can I delay if I'm running late?
We have 15 minutes between bookings, so a slight delay is not critical. However, if there is free time after your booking, we can easily reschedule your recording.

Can I bring my own decorations?
Small decorations, signs, and items that appear in the frame can be brought without coordination. If you need to bring large or oversized decorations, please inform us in advance.

Can I bring some of my own equipment?
Yes, you can, but please coordinate with the reception in advance.

How is studio booking time calculated?
The minimum rental time for our studios is 1 hour. An additional 15 minutes is allocated for preparation.

In what format is the video recording produced?
We shoot videos for all clients in FullHD and 4K formats. However, please note that by default, we always record in FullHD. If you require 4K recording, you must inform the operator directly before the filming process begins.
