TERMS OF USE FOR COLLABRIUM COWORKING CENTER
Welcome to the Collabrium Coworking Center! Our facilities offer flexible workspace solutions, including private offices, open workstations, meeting rooms, and communal spaces designed to support freelancers, entrepreneurs, and businesses in a professional environment. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms of use constitute a public offer in accordance with Article 369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This offer contains all the essential terms of the contract and expresses the will of Collabrium to conclude a contract on the terms specified in the offer with any person who responds to the offer.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By registering, accessing, or using any services provided by the Collabrium Coworking Center, you accept the terms of this public offer and agree to comply with and be legally bound by these terms, as well as any future amendments and additions to these terms, published from time to time.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED
- Access to Workspace: Depending on your membership type, you will have access to the workspace and common areas as specified in your membership agreement.
- Internet and Utilities: High-speed internet and basic utilities (electricity, water, heating, air conditioning) are included.
- Additional Services: Access to printers, conference rooms, specialized rooms, mail handling, and other auxiliary services may be subject to additional fees or conditions.
3. MEMBERSHIP AND PAYMENTS
- Membership Types: Various membership options are available, each offering different levels of access and benefits. Details are available on our website, social media profiles, and at the reception desk.
- Fees: All membership fees according to the chosen tariff must be paid in advance and by the date specified in your membership agreement.
- Renewal and Cancellation: Membership is not automatically renewed after the term of the chosen tariff expires. Members may cancel their membership with the required notice period as stipulated in the membership agreement.
3.1. Refund Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes require the cancellation of membership or services. Our refund policy is as follows:
- a) Membership Fees:
• Refunds of membership fees are possible within 7 days of payment, provided the services have not been used. A written request must be submitted to the Collabrium Coworking Center to obtain a refund.
• If the service has been partially used, a proportional refund for the unused period will be provided.
- b) Additional Services:
• Refunds for additional services (e.g., conference room rental, printer access) are possible within 3 days of payment, provided the services have not been used.
• In case of partial use of the service, no refund will be provided.
3.2. Refund Process
To request a refund, you need to contact us using the provided contact details and provide the necessary information, including the reasons for the request. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the approval of the request.
4. USE OF FACILITIES
- Operating Hours: The coworking space is available to members from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, in accordance with the type of membership.
- Behavior: Members are expected to behave professionally and not disrupt the use of the coworking space for other members.
- Designated Areas: Use of mobile phones is restricted to designated areas to ensure a disturbance-free environment for all members.
- Access Control and Security: Members and guests receive access credentials, which should not be shared with others. Penalties may apply for lost or negligently stored passes.
- Guest Policy: Guests must be registered and are allowed during specified hours. They must be accompanied by a member or coworking center staff at all times during their stay.
- Professional Conduct: The consumption of alcohol, smoking in unauthorized areas, and inappropriate attire are prohibited. Use headphones for audio and keep phones on silent mode. Phone calls should be made only in designated areas.
- Facility Use and Reservations: Meeting spaces and specialized rooms must be booked through our reservation system. The center reserves the right to cancel reservations with appropriate notice.
- Responsibility for Resources: Members are responsible for any damage they cause to coworking center property and must reimburse the cost of the damage.
- Prohibited Activities: Access to websites with malicious content, pornography, or content promoting terrorism, extremism, violence, war, nationalism, xenophobia, and racism is prohibited. Connecting devices that slow down the internet is also prohibited. Using the space under the influence of alcohol or drugs, for conducting religious ceremonies, and using unauthorized electrical equipment is strictly forbidden.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- Your Content: You are responsible for ensuring the necessary rights to all materials, content, and data that you use or store in the coworking space. This excludes content and other intellectual property created using coworking center equipment under selected tariffs, whose ownership is determined by separate agreements between the parties.
- Collabrium Content: All materials provided by Collabrium are the property of Collabrium or its licensors and should be used only in connection with the services provided at the coworking center.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION
We take the privacy and security of your personal information seriously. Our privacy policy details how we collect, use, and protect your information and your rights regarding your information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant Uzbekistani law.
7. DIGITAL HYGIENE
- Use of Secure Network: You must use secure network practices and regularly update your device security measures. Use of VPNs is prohibited.
- Responsible Internet Use: Using our internet service to access or distribute prohibited content as defined by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and our policies is strictly forbidden.
8. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
- Limitation of Liability: Collabrium will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the services.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Collabrium and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the coworking space or any violation of these terms.
- Sanctions: For violations of these rules, Collabrium reserves the right to apply penalties to members, guests, and other individuals.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS
Collabrium reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of these changes by providing prior notice to members.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms and any related actions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan, unless otherwise stipulated in an arbitration agreement.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Collabrium regarding the use of the coworking space and supersede and replace any prior agreements between us regarding the subject matter.
